POLICE are investigating the unexplained death of a two-year-old boy at a relative's house in Kidderminster over the weekend.
The boy was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital, where he was confirmed dead on arrival at 7am on Saturday.
Lynne Masters, spokeswoman for West Mercia Constabulary, said: "We are investigating the unexplained death of a two-year-old boy.
She added: "He wasn't very well the previous evening when he was put to bed."
A post mortem examination will be carried out on Wednesday morning to determine the cause of death.
